The Service generates documents to assist with your HMRC mileage claims, but you are responsible for ensuring your claims are accurate, complete, and compliant with HMRC requirements.
While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may need to suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
We offer the following subscription options:
One-time fees for processing historical mileage claims:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. For existing subscribers:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid period, but no refund will be provided for unused time.
One-time fees for historical claims processing are non-refundable once the documents have been generated and provided to you.

HMRC Requirement: HMRC requires you to keep mileage records for at least 5 years. We recommend downloading and securely storing copies of all generated documents and your journey data.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Oarsman Software Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the Journey Data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Documents generated by the Service are provided for your personal use in submitting HMRC claims. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercialize these documents.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Important: While we generate HMRC-compliant spreadsheets based on published guidelines, we cannot and do not guarantee that HMRC will accept your claim. HMRC has sole discretion over claim approval. You are responsible for ensuring your claims meet all HMRC eligibility requirements.
